CX Strategy Lead (Up)
On paper, we're a bank. In practice, we're a tech company driven by a tight-knit team of innovative thinkers on a mission to reinvent banking.
Over a decade ago, we began refining our expertise by reimagining mobile banking for the Bendigo Bank brand. In 2018, in collaboration with Bendigo Bank, we launched Up — an entirely digital bank designed to make financial wellbeing engaging and accessible.
Ferocia was acquired by Bendigo Bank in 2021. Bendigo Bank's purpose is to feed into the prosperity of our community, not off it. We're proud to be carbon neutral, community-focused, and committed to high standards. We couldn't have found a more perfect home.
We make sure our team can do their best work, in the way that best works for them. No compromising who they are, or their lifestyle.
Generally, we’re looking for your best effort to be available for core work and meetings between 10am and 4pm, then to schedule the rest of your hours as it suits you.
On top of your annual leave and public holidays, you’ll get 2 weeks off at the end of each year.
4 months paid parental leave to all of our team.
Everyone has guaranteed access to a Learning & Development budget each year.
To maintain healthy minds, everyone has access to a free and confidential counselling service.
Improve your day with our regular meditation sessions, gym and in-house personal trainer. Soak up the sun on our rooftop garden, or challenge us to a game of pool, pinball, or if you like losing, Mario Kart.
See all of our available roles below. Some are for Up. All are for Ferocia.
Ferocia acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we build and create. We work to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all employees, and acknowledge the importance community has played in the culture of our traditional owners. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander sovereignty was never ceded, this continent always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
